Who We Are

Mr. Shirley joined McCann Realty Partners in January 2022 and is located in our Richmond office. Tyler’s main focus is underwriting and researching new acquisition opportunities as well as assisting throughout the acquisition and disposition process. He also provides support to the asset management team and existing property operations and conducts market research throughout the Southeast and Texas.

Prior to joining McCann, Tyler worked as a Research Consultant for CoStar Group, a global leader in commercial real estate information and analytics. In this role, Mr. Shirley acted as a consultant for brokers, asset managers, and buyers/sellers of commercial assets in the Atlanta market and throughout Georgia by helping them navigate and analyze property data.

Mr. Shirley has a BA in Government from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Campbell University. He earned varsity letters in football from both schools.
